Firefall Lexington Concert reviews
Indigo Girls in fine form!
One of their best shows ever. Amy, especially, was a whirling dervish- they were energized. But do you really need to talk at the top of your voices all through the show, including through the quiet songs???. An absolutely amazing show- sullied only by the drunken couple in back of me who WOULD NOT SHUT UP! Really, people- singing along is OK, even shouting "I love you, Amy!"- Especially after you've been asked to quiet down? The balance between hard-rocking numbers like Chickenman and quiet, contemplative songs like Ozilline was outstanding. Both the new and old numbers were produced with crispness and enthusiasm.
